STATE OF TEXAS, COUNTY OF NUECES
PROCLAMATION
"PORT ARANSAS GARDEN CLUB DAY - SEPTEMBER 1, 2009"
WHEREAS, the Port Aransas Garden Club has realized its long term vision of a beautiful Community Center site for the use and enjoyment of all the citizens of Port Aransas, through raising funds, creating landscape design, purchasing materials and services, organizing contractors and donors, contributing plants, and volunteering Club membership labor for preparing, planting, fertilizing, mulching, and providing ongoing maintenance of the Community Center grounds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that by the powers vested in me as Nueces County Commissioner, Precinct No. 4, it is hereby proclaimed September 1, 2009, as:
